Dimensions Newsletter - October 2005
Mission Statement: Visual artists and supporters encouraging and
promoting the arts in the community.
Editors: Monika Livingstone and Linda Stadtmiller
From The President:
I hope everyone got to see our juried show. It was wonderful! My
congratulations to all of the winners (listed elsewhere). More
importantly, my heartfelt thanks to all of the members who volunteered to
help with the show. Gail Larson and Joy Meyer did a wonderful job putting
on this year's event. My many hats off to them for a job well done.
Speaking of hats, my thanks to Monika Livingstone who is doing the next
few newsletters for me, and to Carol Eichler who has volunteered to help
with programs through the end of the year. You have taken a great weight
off my head, as well as a couple of hats.
The year is nearly over and so is my second term as president. Members of
the nominating committee will be calling members to determine who might
like to run for an office or for the board. Please consider being on our
board, especially if you would like to see more from Sequim Arts. New
ideas will come from new people, and this is your opportunity to help
effect any changes. We are constantly growing and stretching, and you
could help make things happen. I look forward to seeing you at our
next meeting.

photography.”

talking about using your digital camera as a medium and for capturing
images to use in your art.
